In 2011, Snapple partnered with pop-rock band Maroon 5 to develop a tea named “Tea Will Be Loved”, inspired by the band’s hit single “She Will Be Loved”. The tea was defined by five flavors, one chosen by each band member: pomegranate, orange, blackberry, raspberry, and hibiscus.
As part of the partnership, Snapple and Maroon 5 donated $250,000 to Feeding America, a network of more than 200 food banks that distribute food and groceries through more than 61,000 food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, and other emergency feeding centers. The aim was to provide 1.75 million meals to those in need.
The gold-colors caps feature 13 facts about both Maroon 5 and Feeding America.
